I don't know about you, but most days, it still feels like winter here in New England. While waiting for spring, I've been trying to catch up on my reading. But, I need some incentive.
So, I have decided to reward myself. For every 100 pages I read, I will treat myself to a homemade cookie. I have made a batch of chocolate chunk cookies, freezing the batter so I may bake one cookie at a time to enjoy while I read. But what about for next week? What are some of your favorite cookies?
